You have to co-create or innovate your product as per customers`s feedback
You only have to involve the customer in the feedback process. you can ask the customer to give feedback about product and service and make him feel special like you and that customer made changes in product.. believe me that make him loyal
3: Loyalty Program
Customer want to become loyal, but you have to make him easy
means start Loyalty program and give value to the customer for longer period
, You can provide a card with benefits of:-

2: Rewards Points
3: Discounts and existing offers
4: Cross-selling offers

4: Frequent Wows:-
You have to speak out frequent wow from your customers
but do it in a such a way that you don`t need to spend lots of money
Just Provide extra things or service or feature, its very impactful approach
