UpSell Marketing:


If you want to buy a product and sells person sells you more upgraded Product or more expensive model relevant to that product, called UpSell Marketing



Examples


If you want to buy a Normal Smart Phone and sells person demonstrates the values and new features of upgraded Smart Phone or more expensive model relevant to that product (like iPhone or one plus smartphones) then you purchased an expensive product, this is called UpSell Marketing as shown as above images



Cross-Sell Marketing:


If you purchased any product and sells person also sells the relevant products with it, called Cross-sell Marketing

Examples


If you want to buy a Burger and sells person tells the combo offer and benefits of offer or discount to buy together then you purchased the combo products like a burger with a cold drink and snacks, this is called Cross-sell Marketing as shown as above images
